force people out from the database

Hi all, I work in office and I created a database which is on network
drive and every one in the office use it. I need to update the
database time to time and for that I have to shout at every one to
come out from the database so I can update it. Can any friend know
the way that i can have a button on my database by clicking it should
force everyone out from the database. I dont know if its possible but
I would be very greatful if any friend can help
