XP Pro, Outlook (Office) 2003 SP3 (SMTP / POP3 mail, no Exchange Server,
LAN)
I must not have something configured correctly, and I'm getting lost
trying to find help in the knowledgebase so I'm turning to this group.
On my desktop at work I have two different logins that I use. The old,
local, login is not used much any more but is where everything began.
The new, network domain, login is now where I spend most of my time.
This morning I discovered that Outlook is putting new addresses into the
'new' addressbook instead of the 'old' one which has all my contacts.
What are my options? I really only need one contacts folder instead of
two, but at this point I don't know 1) how to synchronize the two books
or 2) how to tell Outlook to only use one of them.
In fact, I was not even able to determine how to rename them so I can
tell which one I'm looking at ... Outlook shows me two choices, both
named "Contacts."
Suggestions, please!
