Force new page after section except last page

I want a new page after each section of the report, so I add Force New Page After to the Group Footer properties sheet. The only problem is that I get an extra page at the end of the report. Is there a better way to avoid the extra page?
 
I had that occur before. Instead of forcing new page on
group footer, I put force new page on group header Before
each section. It did the trick for me.

Tried that and got a blank page with report header as my first page. Wonder if there is code that can be added to the On Format property of the group footer.
 
Are you sure you placed the new page before in the group
header, I suspect you put iit in the pge header instead.
I have resolved it the same way as Les indicated.
