Hi there,
I got a GPO forcing IE to use a specific proxy server. But if the user goes
to INTERNET OPTIONS and unmark the option " Use specific proxy server...",
MY GPO is not changing back to the original value, it means, force IE to use
a specific proxy server.
If I go to RUN and type gpupdate /force, then, the GPO do what want it do
it, to force IE to use a specific proxy server.
My question is: What can I do to get GPO overwriting the user changes, like
the one described above?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Wanderson

IE policies are only applied when a change is detected by default. To IE
policies apply each time the policy is refresh you need to set the following
policy to apply to the computer:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Group Policy
"Internet Explorer Maintenance Policy processing"
Enable that and check the "Process even if the group policy objects have not
changed.

Then the policy will reapply at the next refresh cycle.
