Force email to open at text rather than html?

What version of Outlook are you running? The reason that I ask is that
Outlook 2002 has this feature baked in. (See Tools | Options | Prefs tab |
Email Options)
 
Thanks for the quick reply, I am running 2002 (XP), but I
don't see this option under the Email Options area.
Under the Tools | Options | Mail Format tab, I see where
I can specify the format for outgoing emails, but I want
to open unknown inbound emails as text rather than html.
