how can i set a domain policy that allows everyone on the domain to use the
same company signature for emails? id rather not have the signature files
copied locally on every machine
Easiest (but somewhat tedious) way would be to put a signature file on a
domain-wide networked drive and point all the machined to the sig. file.
Yes, you still have to point each machine to the file, but you can control
the file, and maintain permissions on it so it can't be changed by anyone.
If you don't have a domain-wide networked drive, hopefully someone else has
an idea.
