In this case, you may want to create two batch files to start the connection and stop it automatically.

Hi Robert,
i thing that does not solve my problem...
I'm connect to the internet 24 hours a day.
My isp offers me, free traffic from 9:00 to 21:00, from monday to friday.
BUT, i need to hangup my ISDN line, so my ISP Radius can update.
If i no not hangup the line, i can't get the free traffic.
I only need to hangup the line, since i'm using demand-dial connection to re-establish the connection
Any solution? Or do i need to make an app in vb, to hangup the line ate 9:00 and 21:00?
Sorry about my poor english
thanks

With Remote Access Policy, you can restrict remote access to the certain days and times. To manage remote access times on RRAS, use Dial-In Constraints under Remote Access Policies.
