Force Client Logoff after certain period of Inactivity

I need a way to force a client machine to go through the logoff process if
there has been no activity at that machine for a specified time frame. Is
there a way to do this? I've got users that don't activate the password
protected screen-saver and then they just leave the machine hanging wide
open.
