Then you would need to set their Outlook profiles with auto-accept turned
on. Tools->Options->Calendar Options->Resource scheduling. If the user has
auto-accept turned on, your meeting would automatically populate once they
receive the meeting item.
By the way, I know that users can be a royal pain, but training them to use
the tools they have been given, in the long run, empowers them and keeps
those nasty calls "I lost my toolbar!" to a minimum. Users also appreciate
the knowledge and control over their own documents, meetings, spreadsheets,
etc.

After furious head scratching, Capt_Ron asked:
| Here's what I need to do.
| I have 200 people in our group that are, in a nutshell, computer ...
| Well lets just say that most of them are not very computer literate.
|
| Instead of inviting them and having to train them in outlook, I'd
| like to force an event to their calendar with a reminder set.
|
| I am an Exchange Admin, so permissions are not an issue.
|
| Hope that helps.
| Ron.
