Force 600*800 resolution

I recently downloaded a software namelt TMPGEnc 3 but it
seems to only work in 1024*768 but I have a resolution of
600*800 and the lower part of the program doesnt show up.
So is there anyway to start the proggie in 600*800
resolution by some command line parameters or so.

why don't you ask the programmers?
Or the TMPEnc community (discussion gforums)?
