I cam acroos a commercial CD labeled

Operating System CD

MS Windows XP Home Edition
for Ultra Low Cost PCs SP3

For distribution only with a new HP or Compaq PC

So if someone buys a PC and gets this CD with it, what was their
point, to convince the buyer that he got the ultraest cheapest PC they
sold? Isn't it like telling the buyer, after he gets home, Boy, are
you cheap!

And how different could this CD be from any other XPHome SP3 CD?

Do they have one that says, For distribution only with a classsy,
Super Expeinsive PC. ??
