I encountered a serious , unkonwn error reported.
The error message was - "Cannot find a matching quote
character for the character"
The error was reported by my client & really don't know
how he got this error.
Can someboby tell me the reason for getting this error?
Please help,

Hello Mr. Wagner,
The error was occurred at client's machine & trapped by
exception handler that I had wrote.
I couldn't get the stacktrace for that.
What this error can be?
Please help,
Thanks in advance,

-Regards
Dinesg

Hi Dinesh Jain,
How can Herfried find the information, if you don't tell at what point in
your program you did place the Error trapping.
Send a piece of code that raise the error, then maybe someone can help you.
The only information that you give till now, that it has to do with a double
quote and it gives the error message that you wrote.
I think it is impossible for Herfried or who else to help you with only this
information.

Hi Cor,
I am not able to get the cause of error, actally
the code has a normal functionality, I searched
on the net but not get any source for that.
Is it due to defferent language settings ?

Dinesh

Sorry, I don't have an idea. I have never heard about that error. When
does the error exactly occur? Do you use any 3rd party components?

Please do not address posts to me, address it to all people here instead!

Yep.

Notice that personal consulting "Herfried K. Wagner" costs 600 Euro/hour.

Hi,
I am using a third party component - Magic Library
for docking window interface, not else.

?600 per hour is a bargain.

Is any part of an hour considered an hour?
Is there a minimum 1 hour charge per post?
Can I claim some of that if I help out?

:-)

Address them to ME, <insert evil laugh>

No, seriously Dinesh, there are other people who can help, some people help
more frequently than others, but there maybe someone who just happens to
drop in with the answer you're looking for.
