Ah, kebabs.
The doner variety is something you only seem to fancy when you're completely off your trolley with alcohol.
Look at one sober and you'll think 'How the hell did I ever eat that?'
The shish kebab, however, is actually quite healthy, imo.
Consider:
A pouch of unleavened bread.
Lean lamb, roasted on grill
Salad
Sounds like a blueprint for basic healthy meal to me.
I noticed the news article saying scouser's kebabs were the most unhealthy.
Lol, what's new, scousers have been taking the highest risks since the map was drawn for the uk, a sense of adventure if you're born in birkenhead, the wirral, new brighton et al
The hell with healthy eating, eat what you enjoy, feelgood factor is good for health too.
Within reason, of course
I was veggie from 96 - 02, never felt fitter, but seperation/company collapse/loss of home etc spurred meat munching again.
It's all good
