Hi there,
Just in case you're not looking at my question any more
regarding a macro for row height, which read as follows:
"Is there a formula I can enter for a column that wherever
a cell with the words "Major Market" are found in that
column that the row height would be adjusted to 24.75?
This is in Excel 2000. The worksheet is almost 4000 rows
so I don't really want to do this one-by-one!"
there is a way to do it without a macro! The column had
all text as it was row headings. So, I replaced "Major
Market" with 1212, and then did "Go
to">Special>Constant>Number (like you showed me for
another question). Now with all the 1212 cells selected,
I did Format>Cells>Row>Height. All rows changed, and then
I replaced 1212 with Major Market and I was right where I
wanted to be!!
With over 4000 rows and this particular row heading
repeating itself every six rows or so, it was great to be
able to do this in just a few steps!
