PC:2 states network not available when other computers in
network link used.

Ferdy,

After looking at your original problem report (so many posts below), and at the
static route listings, I see that you indeed have two computers with 2 Ethernet
connections each. Can you please describe why this is necessary, that is, what
each connection is used for?

Also, in the case where "PC:2 states network not available when other computers
in network link used", which links on PC 1 and 2 are connected?

Please provide ipconfig information for each computer, in addition to a verbal
description of your LAN.
Start - Run - "cmd". Type "ipconfig /all >c:\ipconfig.txt" into the command
window - Open c:\ipconfig.txt in Notepad, copy and paste into your next post.
Identify operating system (by name, version, and SP level) with each ipconfig
listing.

Also, Ferdy, it would help me and anyone else reading here if you could start
posting in only one thread (with a consistent Subject) for the remainder of your
problem resolution here. Having to constantly page back and forth in the
message list, to follow the consecutive posts which you and I have made, does
not contribute to successful diagnosis of your problem.

Cheers,
Chuck
Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.

By SP level you mean? If Service pack Both have SP2
There are two ethernet connections on board and PCI card
due to the fact I believed that the older onboard LAN may
not have been working. so as it was just as cheap to buy
the two pack PCI cards, to be sure they were not the
problem. It is the Belkin (Realtek) PCI LAN that we are
working with.
Sorry about the new posts, just tended to get confused
myself
