Good video tutorials (per-month subscription) on Lynda.com, and if you
Google for "Access training" you'll find free material on the Microsoft
site.

One trick I've used is to add the term "MVP" to any search - there are
quite a few resources provided online by the corps of Most Valuable
Professionals. Never were a bunch of folks better named. Google for
"Access MVP" and you'll find loads of good stuff. Start with
http://www.accessmvp.com/

Concentrate on getting table design under your belt. Google for
"normalisation". Get that wrong and everything is 10 times harder. Get
it right and it's correspondingly easier!

Good luck!
