footers not showing

I just paid 20 for tech support, and spent an hour and a
half, and still have no resolution.

I've got a hundred page presentation. I've added
headers/and footers to the master, yet they don't appear
on any of the slides. I've tried all the basic stuff to
fix it. I've tried to import the files into a new
presentation, but for some reason, the slides drop the
bullets??? Please help!

Can you define headers/footers.
If using the headers & Footers under the view menu, these are for printouts.
If using headers & footers on Master slide and they are not showing, this is
another issue.

As for importing slides into a new file, the slides take on the
characteristics of that files master slides. What version of PPT are you
using, as this makes a difference with how to approach this topic.

Have you gone to View > Headers and Footers and checked the box to include
the Footer on the Slide?

Right click on slide, select background. Deselect option
to hide graphics from master slide. Yeah!!!
