G Gord Dibben Jul 24, 2007 #2 What do you consider as a "8 pages"? 8 pages from one worksheet or 8 worksheets? If the former, a simple footer setup will place the footer on all 8 pages. If the latter........................... To add a footer to 8 worksheets, select all 8 sheets using SHIFT + Click. Set your footer on the active sheet and will be done to all.
