Is it possible to put a footer on the report so that I don't have to search
where it is located when I am looking at a form; i.e. from groups, the
folder name, the file name.

I'm sorry, but I just don't understand your question. Please clarify what
"it" means in the above, and clearly state what information you want to show
in the footer. You might also clarify how a footer on a _report_ is going to
assist you when you are looking at a _form_.
