Hi there,

I using Microsoft Access and i'm attempting to add text to a footer. The
problem i'm facing is that the text is too long (appro. 3 lines). When I
print the form, only the first line of the footer appears with (...) at the
end of the text, (I.e. "Where information on more than one child is required
in a section..."). When I make the bottom margin larger, it does not affect
the size of my footer. Is there a way to make my footer larger so that all 3
lines of my text appear?

thanks for any help (Mondays...grumble, grumble)

Forms are not designed for printing. If you want to print and have control
over how it looks, build a report.

It sounds like you need to make your control taller. Click once on it and pull
the middle sizing handle down.
