I regularly receive "forms" from web sites that are submitted via
e-mail <I'm the webmaster>. The forms are designed to submit as HTML.
When I was using Outlook Express, the default font that the forms
would come into OE was Arial. Now--in Outlook 2002--the forms are
coming in Times Roman. I DESPISE Times Roman font. Is there a way I
can CHANGE which font in which these forms arrive? On the web site,
the forms are designed to use Verdana font--so there is nothing for me
to change there.

HELP!!

Thanks!

Look at the HTML source of the message. My guess is that no font is being
specified and that it's using the default font from IE.

Sue,

I have the default font in IE set to Arial.

Here is the "content" information from a message header:

Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Content-Type: Text/html; charset=windows-1252
Subject: Feedback
MIME-Version: 1.0

Can you tell anything from that? If not, please let me know what I can
provide to you so that I can change this.

Thanks so much!

LadyJack
