Fonts will not Install

Everytime I install new fonts on my computer
c:\windows\fonts and then i restart my computer after I
install them I try to use them in Microsoft Word, Excell,
and other programs and does not come up. Can someone help
me please???
 
I have the same problem can someone help us. I downloaded
Happy.ttl the font and placed it in the c:\windows\fonts
and then i restarted my computer and I don't see it in
word, and any other program. Someone HELP US!!!
