Hi everyone!

I’m not sure if this question belong in Query or Forms but here we go…

I have TableA, QueryA, and FormA

In TableA there are three checkbox fields… Field1, Field2, and Field3.

QueryA is a Query of TableA.
QueryA is displayed in FormA as a list view (datasheet view)

Is it possible to have QueryA display the font as italicized for that record
if Field1 is checked?

Would this be a form issue or a Query issue?

A thousand thanks in advance and happy holidays!!!

No. Queries are all one font style.

I assume you have regular fields besides the 3 check boxes.
You are using FormA to display the query results.
So all you need do (if you are using Access 2000 or newer) is use
conditional formatting on that Form control.
Select the control and click on Format + Conditional Formatting.

You can then use Expression Is (some criteria) to Italicize or not
each control as you wish.

Thanks!
