Fonts on XP

I have just installed a new monitor and I have adjusted the resolution. Can
someone please tell me how to increase the sizeof the fonts etc on XP. I can
adjust the icons on the desktop and icon fonts but I cannot increase the
size of the Office shortcut bar and everything else,
Your help would be appreciated

Open Control Panel, open Display, go to the Settings tab, click Advanced,
you can use the DPI setting on the General tab or go to the Appearance tab,
click advanced and attempt to increase the font size of an individual
element. I think the DPI setting would probably work best but you can try
in either place.
