Hi,

I have set up a new profile on XP for my wife, which also
meant I had to also set up her Outlook Express for her
seperately as we used to have both of our email addresses
on the one account.

Now, since doing this, two of the keys (the @ and the ")
are mixed up.
When I try to type a hyphen (speech marks) I get an @
symbol and vice versa.

Any idea on what caused this and how to resolve this?

Oh, I should add, I have tried changing her regional
settings to English and this didn't resolve the issue,
also it only happens on my wifes profile and not mine.

Thanks in advance
Bobby

Er, a 'hyphen' isn't 'speech marks' a hyphen is a short dash, located on the
key to the right of the zero. You need to set up the language to British
English.
