Fonts in Outlook

Just converted a user from NT to XP w/Office 2000. In Outlook, the user wants to user large fonts to view messages, and the same font for all messages. I've managed to config 12pt in in the header preview frame but the frame that shows the contents of the messages still displays fonts in their initial size. Is there a place where I can set the fonts size for all Outlook windows to use, including preview, rather than messing around with the various windows?
