I am using a theme that I have modified but can find no
place to change the font size of regular text,bullet
text,hyperlinks, etc. I can find a way to modify the
font face or color but not size. Manual changing every
single paragraph is difficult. I can change font size
within graphics, headings etc. but not my standard or
normal paragraph. Can I?

Sure, just chgoose Style form the Format menu, and
configure the font you want for the "body" tag.

For Netscape, you'll also need to configure this font for
p, td, and a few other tags. In IE these cascade from the
body tag, but in at least some versions of Netscape they
don't.
