The font I chose doesnt display on any other computer but my own. How do I
get (i.e. script font) to display on the website on all computers not just my
own??

A browser will only display the fonts that are installed on the
computer. The only way to display "mySpecialFont" reliably is to make
an image of the text and use the image. This should be restricted to
headings, or the page will be huge to download, and those with eyesight
deficiencies will be unable to read anything.

As Rob said, stick with web safe fonts - these are usually installed on
every computer, including Windows, Mac and Linux.

I ran into this and the only two choices are to load the font to the other
computers (not practical) or use a program like fireworks or illustrator to
create the wording you want in the font you want then export as a jpg or gif
and insert it to your webpage. It doesn't allow you to edit on the fly but
it does capture your font and display it on any computer.

And it means that none of the content that you have now put into that
graphic is available to search engines or to screen assistive devices. This
is generally a very poor solution except for 'throw-away' content....

The user must have that font installed which they are unlikely to do "just
because" you want to use that font. Use a Web Safe font that everyone is
likely to have e.g. arial, courier, times roman.
