I receive emails from some people that are HTML based emails, and you can't
change the font size for anything.

It defaults to whatever font they composed in, and will not allow me to
adjust it or use the scroll command with ctrl-mouse to zoom in.

Can you Help!

Thanks,
Rich Hallinski

Let's hope so.

Holding CTRL while rotating the mouse wheel in the Reading Pane should allow
you to resize the message.

That works for some messages, but not in the particular HTML messages I am
talking about.

There is nothing that seems to work to resize the text, scrolling with the
mouse, clicking view and adjusting text size, nothing that I have tried.

After testing again, I find that it works for Rich Text.

If you want to change the message permanently, you could open it, click
Edit>Edit Message, select the entire message with right-click>Select All,
then click Format>Font and change the font size. Close the message and
click Yes when asked if you want to save the changes.
