font sizes lately

I realize in general desktop properties you can change
the font sizing (in XP) to normal, large or extra large.
Mine is currently set at normal and yet a few sites I
regularly visit (including my own site) comes up on the
screen with large font sizing.

With my own site it's messing up the spacing I've laid
out for my images etc. I had someone else look at it and
they say it's fine.....so it's just here on my desktop.

Any ideas as to why various font sizes are changing on
me...only here on my screen, and how to fix this?

URL?...well my site is www.samueldesigns.ca but even this
microsoft newsgroup page has large fonts on my
screen....and like I said, a bunch of other sites that I
visit. Maybe their entire site isn't like that but maybe
a few pages...weird.

Do you have a mouse wheel? If you accidenally click on CRTL and scoll the
mouse wheel any sites with fonts set without using specific sizes will
resize.

Wow, I never knew that before. That fixed it on all
sites. And furthermore I didn't know it was so easy to
flip through all different sizes of fonts just by doing
that....learn something everyday!
