font size

Outlook opens email messages in 10%, so the font is very
small (miniscule, actually) I have fixed it, and it will
work for a day or so, and then it goes right back to this
10% zoom size. What am I missing?

Open Word and set the zoom level to the level you want. Now start Outlook
and they should be OK.
