Is it just too small on web pages? If yes, use View> Text Size> Larger in
an IE window to adjust. (Pressing Ctrl while moving *wheel* on the mouse up
or down will adjust the text too.)

There are some web pages where the author used a fixed size font (instead
of letting it scale to the reader's preferences/settings). In these cases,
you're pretty much stuck with small fonts. You could use the Magnifier
(Start> Programs> Accessories> Accessibilities) to get through the page - a
bit heavy handed for the situation but it's an effective tool.

You mention email - I'm guessing that you're referring to reading email
with your web browser. If yes, and this is a long shot, you might get lucky
with "Settings" at the email site that will allow a change in font size.
