Font Size

I have recently bought a piece of software that will only work if the font
size for windows is set to small. When I go to control panel and then display
and look at the appearance settings the only options are normal, large and
extra large. How or where do i find the small font setting that i need to run
this software?

That's weird, what's the software?

Check to see if Windows is set to 96 DPI, by going back to the Display
Properties and on the Settings tab clicking Advanced.

Double check to make sure the system is set at 96 DPI. If it is and it
still refusing to budge, try compatibility mode.

You can do this by right-clicking the shortcut to the application in the
Start menu, and then clicking Properties and selecting the Compatibility
tab.

Try checking a few of the options there, especially Disable visual themes,
and try the Win 98 and 2000 modes too.
