Hi All,

How do I change the font size of the 'A, B, C.....' column headers and
the '1,2,3...' row names? and set my changes to be the standard?

Hi!

This font is based on the Normal style, so select Style from the Format menu
and then change the font for style name "Normal".

And to set your changes to be the standard, you can create a new default
template, with your preferred settings:

Open a new workbook.
Choose Format>Style, and modify the settings for the Normal style
Choose Save As
From the Save As Type dropdown, choose Template (*.xlt)
Name the File "Book.xlt"
Save it in the XLStart folder
(usually in Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office)

When you click the New button on the toolbar, the new workbook will be
based on this template.

Can Excel work with both a book.xlt file and a personal.xls file in th
XLStart folder

Yes.

Also a SHEET.XLT which will be the default Insert>Insert Worksheet.
