Font size increased in internet explorer???

When viewing web pages with Internet Explorer (v.6) the fonts have suddenly
started to be displayed much larger than previously. This is happening in
most web pages, but images seem to be unchanged.

I have spent all day trying to see what has caused this sudden change, but
with no success so far. I have tried re-booting the machine and checked
everything I can think of. Very annoying.

Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated!!!

Thanks,

Richard.

This has also happened to me over the past day.
In Internet Explorer, select "view" and then "text size," and choose a smaller size than the one that is selected. This corrected the problem for me in IE.
However, there is no similar option in MSN Explorer, and the problem remains there. I have discovered that when I right-click on a page and choose the "encoding" option, and then select "user-defined," my fonts go back to normal. However, when I leave the page and return to it, the previous option is back. I need to make the encoding "stick," and I don't know how.
Ideas?

I'm having the same problem...*stabs Internet Explorer*...and no offense, but the windows tech support search really sucks. I type in problems and it just come sup with articles. *stabs it again
If anyone can fix this, please email me
