You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, but, what happens if
you click on Largest and close out?
Also, if you have a wheel mouse, you can hold down the Ctrl key and move the
wheel forward or backward to change the size of the text.
You might also try the following and see if it helps:
Go to IT>Tools>Accessibility button
Check the box nex to "Ignore font sizes specific on web pages"
Try disabling any third-party security/privacy programs you have
running. A program such as Norton Internet Security, a firewall, ad-blocker,
etc. might be involved.
You can also set the type of font you want here:
Go toTools>Internet Options>General tab>Fonts (at the bottom of the dialog
box)
In the Web page font window reselect the font you want and then click OK.
