I have a user that has some how changed their font size. It was not
done via the view > text size option, I have also ticked the box to
ignore font sizes specified on web pages and this helps slightly but
still not as the user had. One thing I have noticed is that if I go to
help > about IE the box that is brough up has very large text, and
I have no idea what has changed this. Only IE is effected the rest
of the computer fonts are fine.

Any help would be great.

Cheers

Hi,
First check:
Control Panel> Accessibility Options> Display. Make sure that High Contrast
is not checked. Also click on Settings and uncheck Use Shortcut. That will
disable the Alt+Shift+Print Screen shortcut to High Contrast.

Then, Internet Options> General> Accessibility. For most users, nothing
should be checked.

Hope this helps,
Don

Right click a blank spot on the desktop and click Properties | Settings |
Advanced and see if they changed the DPI setting from 96.
