I would like to change the font size on anything shown
through Explorer. The worst is trying to read MS Help and
likes. Font size is so small on my computer, makes it
impossible to read. How?
Thx.

The HTML help files share the text size that Internet Explorer is using.
Open Internet Explorer. Click View>Text Size and select a larger setting.

Help and Support has its own settings for this: With the H&S window open,
click on Options in the toolbar. If the sidebar is not visible on the next
screen, click the Change View button in the toolbar. In the sidebar, click
on Change Help and Support Center Options. In the main portion of the
window select a larger font size.

If this is still too small, use Display properties> Settings and select a
smaller desktop size OR click on the Advanced button and bump up your DPI
settings. Default is 100%/96 DPI. NOTE: Changing the font size here changes
the font size used universally throughout Windows.
