Font size for incoming e-mails

Someone was taking a look at my computer...adjusting a few
things and somehow my font was changed on my incoming e-
mails...the font is very tiny and I can't seem to get it
changed back to a normal size.

Please HELP!

you can go to view and then click current view and then
click customize view and from there click other settings
to change the size of the fonts
