FONT SIZE CHANGING WHEN MERGING EXCEL INTO WORD DOCUMENT

I have an excel sheet that I use for data and then I use that data to merge
into a word document. There are three areas that for some reason when the
names merge into the word document that the font size changes from 10 to 16.
The original word document has the font size as 10 so I'm clueless how it
mysteriously changes from 10 to 16 when the excel data is merged into it.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
 
Always remember that the data source does not control the appearance of the
format. The application you are merging it into controls the appearance.
Therefore you need to look into the settings in the word document you are
merging into. If you are using a word template you may need to reconfigure
the template.
