Lisa

Good evening. I hope that someone can help me. I'm one
of those people that doesn't like change, ESPECIALLY when
it comes to my computer. This past week, I had to reload
Windows XP on my pc that I have had for over a year from
Dell.

The "problem" that I want to fix is now Internet Explorer
does not have the web pages nice and neatly on one
screen. It is about 2/3 on the screen and 1/3 off on the
right when I have my Favorites listed on the left.

In addition, when I use Microsoft Outlook, I could have
the Weekly view and then my task list on the right. Now,
the print is either too large or too small. My Outlook
Express is pretty close to the way it was and I can live
with that.

I have gone under Control Panel and customized the
settings, but am not happy with what I receive.

Could you please help me? I'm a professional mother, and
have been out of the computer loop now for eight years.
Thank you.

Change Text Size in IE

Internet Explorer
View>Text Size.

Note: If you are using a wheel mouse, press the control key while rolling
the wheel will also change the font size.

Other:

Right click on the desktop - select display properties/settings/advanced

Check to see if the dpi setting is (96 DPI) normal.

Hope this assists.
