Font query - repost

Sorry to re-post, but this seems like a useful question - and I didn't get
any bites last time!

Is there a utility anywhere which will query a batch of presentations to
determine the fonts used and/or flag those which are unavailable on the
system.

Obviously this can be done within a presentation (using format/replace
fonts), but this can take a long time when there are a lot of files to
check.

Regards,

Sounds like a nice challenge for a VB application though.

Andrew,

I have a macro I wrote that will list all the fonts in a directory full of
PPT's. I wrote it a while ago and I don't think it will flag the ones that
are not on the system.

Shoot me a direct email to (e-mail address removed) and I will find it for
you... and maybe see how easy it will be to update it.
