Font Problems

I hope this is the correct newsgroup for this question.

We have an Access report that has been wotrking great for quite a while.
Recently 2 users received new printers. Same model Lexmark. User 1 and
printer 1 still works great. User 2 Printer 2 prints in the wrong font. In
design view the TrueType font used is not in the pick list.

Have you tried re-installing the font and/or printer driver on machine 2?
Reinstalling the printer is fairly straight foward. To reinstall the
target font, copy the font file from the fonts folder to any other folder.
Delete the font from the fonts folder. Then in the fonts folder choose
File -> Install font and navigate to the folder which contained the font
file(s) and choose install.
