Hi Giuseppe :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using so I can only take a
guess. Try the following and see if it will help

To change the font text size go to IE>View>Text Size>and select the size you
want from the list.

Or…..

If you have a wheel on your mouse, hold down the Ctrl key and move the
wheel back or forward. This may get your fonts back to the size you want.

Also…

Check in IE>Tools>Internet Options>General tab>Accessibility

For normal viewing nothing should be checked in these sections. Also check
the setting in Control Panel>Accessibility Options>Display is set to Windows
Standard and make sure the High Contrast is not checked.

Other possibilities at http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers/53.html

Hope this helps.

Hi Giuseppe,

In addition to Jan's answer: have a look at IE, Tools, Options,
Accessibility and uncheck all options.

Kind regards

From Alan Edwards:

If View-Text Size does not stick....

---solution 1
If you are using Eudora 4.2 or greater then use Tools-Options-Viewing
Mail and uncheck "Use Microsoft's viewer"
It is Eudora that is setting the IE text size and unchecking that
option will stop it.

The key that Eudora 4.x will change is this:
[HKEY_USERS\.Default\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\International\Scripts\3]
"IEFontSize"=hex:02,00,00,00

---solution 2
In Outlook 2000 go to Tools/Options/Mail Format/Fonts/International
Fonts, and for each font
change the "Font Size" entry to your desired size.
