When I paste part of an email into a new email it assumes a font and size
from God knows where. It seldom is the same as the email it came from.
How do I select the font for pasted fragments in Outlook XP?

After you've pasted, you should be able to see the Paste Options Smart Tag
(should appear slightly below and to the right of the pasted content). From
that Smart Tag you should be able to choose Match Destination Formatting.
Do you see that?

Note that this is only when you are using Word as the e-mail editor.
Tools-> Options-> tab Mail Format

Apparently that happens if you are using Word as the editor. I am talking
about pasting to the Outlook XP editor.
