font on envelopes

Maud's Madness

We have most of our documents are word 2000. As we pull them up and try to
do an envelope from them the font on the address and the return address show
as +Headings but the font in the letter is times roman numeral. Yes I can
change the font but even if I hit the defaut and save the font chage, it
still revers back to +Headings.

What can I do to fix this?

You have posted this question to the wrong newsgroup.
The access in this groups title refers to Microsoft Access, a database
program.
Please repost to the correct newsgroup for the Word program you are
using. I would suggest you include your Windows version number in your
message. It might make a difference.
