Font Missing in Font Preview

Greetings,

I am trying to find a solution for the following. I've
installed Helvetica Neue 85 Heavy, but when I go into
PowerPoint 2003 in the font preview it displays it as
Helvetica 65 medium. Can any one help me solve this
problem. I would sincerely appreciate the help.

Some questions for you:

What version of Windows do you have?

Are you using ATM? If so, which version?

What steps did you follow to install the font?

Are both fonts installed on the system (65 Medium and Neue 8 Heavy)?
Can you use them both in other applications?

What if you temporarily uninstall 65 Medium?
