I have a report with subreports.
I can get report, but I got font error message when I tried to print
or send by email by snapshot format. There are 2 subreport does not
print out which shows on previiew.

Are there any possiblities to get font error message when try to print
a report, but the report is on when preview?

Your information is great appreicated,

Sounds like a print driver issue.  Are you using an unusal font in the report?
Try a different, common font for testing sake.

Also, you can download for free CutePDF which will print your reports to a
PDF file instead of snapshot if it works better for you.  Not everyone has a
snapshot viewer but most have a PDF viewer.

I uses Times New Roman and Arial fonts in my 16 subreports.
Only 2 subreports fails and have "there was a font initializattion
error" when I print or send email convert it to sanpshop or rich text
format.

I do not have any weight or italic font.
Any suggestions are appreciated,

There has to be something different about those two reports.  Don't know what
else.

The subreports work if work alone.
The main report works if I delete the 2 subreports.
I changed printer and computers to get same results.
I change to font, size of the report and realign the reports. I still
get same results.

I searched the internet, I do not find any information about there was
a font initialization error mesage.

Your help is great apreciated,

Thanks millions,

Thanks again,

I tried to delete and recreate a new report which has same result.
I can take out any 2 subreports and the reprots can print it out.
The subrepors and main report are working fine by themselves.

I understood that Access does not have limitation for subreports which
is correct, because the report works on the preview.

The problem seems that convert to other type or when print it out.
By the way, my subreports are crosstab non-fixed-column subreports.
Are there any way to debug when Access to convert the report output or
print it out?
I see some people posted same issues on this newsgroup, but non of
them has solution.

I am not the only person who has the issue.
Are there any way to know what happens between Access and printer
and how Access convert file and print them out?

Your information is great appreciated,
Thanks millions,
