Hello,

Building a web site with Verdana as the font. When I Preview or Preview In
Browser my screen displays Times New Roman. I've been building sites for a
few years now and this is a first, any thoughts?

Thanks, Ralph

How are you applying the font to your text?

Actually its my default font and the default font for Display/Preview in the
options menus.

You have to actually set your text and then apply to the font to that text. The default setting is
only how you see your text while in FP, not the font that your text will be displayed in when your
pages are viewed in a browser.

Okay. That is a misnomer. It only lets you view the font in the page while
you're working on it. It doesn't actually display on the web page itself.
Why MS did this, I don't know.

Highlight your text and change it.

Thanks to both of you. I highlighted the text and "changed" it to Verdana
and now the Design and Preview in Browser is displaying it as Verdana.
That's a hmmmm....!
