Dear All,
When I add an animation for any chart in the
presentation, all figures and words became destorted and
bolded in a strange manner dusring the slide show. How
can I solve this problem.

Hi,

Please have a look at these suggestions:

First, you should make sure you have the latest version of DirectX. That
may not help your current problem, but it is a wise security move. WARNING:
If you have Windows 2000, you MUST have all Service Patches for Win2K in
place before doing this (Courtesy of Austin Myers).

Second, you should try adjusting hardware acceleration:

Third, update your video drivers. They are the interface between you program
and what you see:

Also, try the general troubleshooting material:

"Don't use PowerPoint for anything serious until you've done this":
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00034.htm

If that doesn't solve the problem, at least you have narrowed down the
possibilities Please get back to us so we can progress further.

Dear Glen,

I tried everythign and it's still there. But I noticed that If I decreased the size of the font this could help. Just to clear more for you, the presentation works ok until I assign a custom animation for any chart, then the font became destorted. So it's only happening with charts.
Please try to help as it's common at all our presentation at the company.

Hi,

I wonder if you could send me a small example? I may be able to reproduce it
here and see what is happening. Anyone else have any ideas?
